Big Band Express, founded in 1994, celebrates its
12th Anniversary!
This 16-piece big band consists of Tucson jazz professionals with many years of experience in big bands throughout the United States.

Big Band Express has been featured at such functions as New Year's Eve at the TCC and Saddlebrooke, the Oro Valley Jazz Festival, the Tubac Arts Festival, the Silver & Turquoise Ball, and the Ak-Chin Casino. They have played for conventions at all of the Tucson area hotels, at the Desert Diamond Casino, and at the Gaslight Theater.

Big Band Express is led by Tom Patrick (drums and vocals). The band features the arrangements of many of the Big Bands’ finest musicians.
